Lois L. Poole

DURHAM – Lois L. Poole, 81, of Durham passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018 at her residence in Durham. Mrs. Poole was born in Lakeshore, MS, the daughter of the late Milton Joseph Stoufflet and Evelyn Leola Stoufflet. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Waverly Robert Poole; daughter, Lorrie Poole; brothers, Gary, David, Audie Stoufflet; and a sister, Diane Stoufflet. Mrs. Poole was formerly employed at the National Center for Health Statistics as a Medical Records Coder. Mrs. Poole is survived by her sister, Janet Sahuque; sons, David (Paula) and Tim Poole; daughter, Christy Travis (David); grandchildren, Lauren Poole and Morgan Travis; and great-grandson, Jensen Mari. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 13th at Oak Grove Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 12th at Clements Funeral Home in Durham. The family is being assisted by Clements Funeral Service, Inc. in Durham.
