In Loving Memory of Mabel Belle Ennis nee Parsons April 17, 1944 – January 25, 2024

With broken and heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Mabel Ennis.

Mabel was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend.

Born in Dover, NL Mabel was preceded in death by her parents Daisy and Jacob Parsons and sister Ruby.

Left with cherished memories are her loving husband Leonard of 62 years, sons Rick, Lyndon (Christina), daughters Wanda (Wallace), Amanda (Deon), her beautiful 4 Grandchildren, 10 Great- Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren, sisters Myrtle, Yvonne (Lindberg), and brother Rank (Pauline). As well as her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mabel was a devoted Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. Her family was her life. She loved her family; they were her purpose. She was proud of them and loved spending time together.

Mabel married Leonard Ennis in October of 1961 and they were married for 62 years. Together they raised 4 children while living in Hare Bay. Nine years ago, they moved to Gander and enjoyed living there until her recent passing.

Mabel’s memories will live on. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, January 28, 2024

2- 4pm FAMILY ONLY

7- 9pm General Public

Family funeral service will be held on Monday, January 29, 2024, at 11:00 at Oram's Funeral Home in Dover, NL.
