Judy Ann McMains, 81, of Texas City, Texas passed away in the early morning hours of January 18, 2024. Born to Cleon and Geraldine (O’Neil) Barnes on May 14, 1942 in Kansas City, Kansas, she also lived in Washington State, Utah, and Texas.


Judy leaves behind four children, Sheryl (David) Shea of Richland, WA, Albert J. Wallace, Jr of Galveston, TX, Michael J. Edwards (DeAnn) of Metairie, LA, and Jeffery L. Edwards of Texas City, TX; brothers, Larry (Sandy) Barnes of Spokane, WA, Roger (Pam) Barnes of Great Falls, MT, and Dennis (Pam) Barnes of Spokane, WA; and sister, Nancy Cerna, of Spokane, WA; grandchildren, Cole and Cruz Wallace, and Nina and Chance Edwards, along with several nieces and nephews.


She is proceeded in death by husband, James, parents, and brothers, Danny and Garry Barnes.


A memorial will be held at a later date, with inurnment at Vashon Island Cemetery, alongside her parents and brothers.
