Matilda Doris Paugh, "Teda", (nee Albanesius), age 95, of West Brandywine, formerly of Fayetteville, PA passed away on August 8, 2016. Born in Philadelphia in 1921, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Katherine Albanesius (nee Lamprecht). She loved the shore, especially Stone Harbor, a family tradition for almost 65 years. Everyone loved Teda, who spoke her mind, but liked to laugh at herself and with others. She enjoyed gardening, golf, bridge, and was an avid reader. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Paugh, the loving and devoted mother of Barbara K. Hampson (Kirk), Richard D. Paugh, Jack H. Paugh (Irene), and Susan M. Ballard (Glenn), the loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Thursday, August 11, 2016 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at Messiah Lutheran Church, 46 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name to The Bridge of Hope, 1516 Olive Street, Coatesville, PA 19320 would be appreciated.
