7/14/38 ~ 2/14/2018 Bernice Pate died peacefully in Salt Lake City, Utah on February 14, 2018, at the age of 79. Bernice was born on July 14, 1938 and married her sweetheart, David Pate in 1958. Bernice is survived by her children, David Jay, Laura, Julie and Robert. She had 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her husband, David Pate and daughter, Danice Pate. She was loved by all family and friends and will be greatly missed.
