John passed to eternal life, from natural causes, on Friday December 22, 2023. Loving husband of 35 years to Margaret (Peggy) Land (nee Keller).

John proudly served in the United States Navy for 6 years and retired from the United States Post Office.

John enjoyed sharing many hobbies with his wife such as, gardening, experiencing nature, and providing an adoptive home to numerous rescue dogs.

Preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Theresa (nee Pesits) Land, his brother, Lorenz, sister-in-law Nancy Kay, and brother-in-law, Dale Roznik. Dear brother of Mary Ann, Paul (Mary), brother-in-law of Christine (Lorenz), brother of Rosemarie (David) Fortney, Theresa (Dale) Roznik, Edward (Nancy Kay), Phillip (Gayle), and Elizabeth. Also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends. Per John's request, no funeral services will be held.

John, we are deeply saddened that you are no longer with us. You have left a void in our hearts that no one can fill. May God rest your soul with eternal peace. Amen
