She opened a medical practice in Stuart, Florida, serving her patients with dedication and compassion for over twenty years before her retirement in 2018. She was predeceased by her father, Ray, and sister, Patty. She is survived by her mother, Ginny, brothers Michael, Daniel, David, and Steven, children Susan and Scott, and life-long friend Toni Sawczak.
