She was the beloved daughter of Gabriel St-Cyr and Elizabeth Innocente Edouard. Rosana's upbringing was enriched by the presence of her siblings, among them the predeceased Mathieu and Julienne, and the surviving Adinord, Innocile, Marc, and Jeantil. On November 15, 1960, Rosana embarked on a journey of lifelong companionship by marrying Fenelon Pierre-Paul. Together, they built a home filled with love and warmth. Through the years, their union was blessed with five children: Renold, Robert, Fitho, Jean-Claude, and Merlene. Rosana left a legacy of love, character, and faith to her nine grandchildren: Laurie, Cedric, Stephen, Anthony, Jude, Nick, Gabriel, Claudel and Olivier. Her devotion to her family was unwavering, and her role as a mother, wife, grandmother, and friend brought immeasurable joy to those around her. Rosana tait un membre actif de l'glise de sa ville natale Petit-Gove, consacrant temps et nergie pour soutenir ses activits. Son implication dans l'glise refltait sa dvotion plus large envers le service communautaire, o elle a touch la vie de nombreux autres en tant que tante aimante et amie.
