Ruby Lupei Huang
<p>It is with great sadness that the family of Ruby Lupei Huang announces her passing on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at the age of 80 years. She is survived by her two children, Michael and Wendy, and daughter-in-law, Yining Hsiung. She will be forever loved, remembered and missed by her sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear dear friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Ruby attended Providence University in Taiwan where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1967. She left Taiwan, moved to Ohio and married Yunseng Huang on October 12, 1968. She then moved to Boston where Michael was born in 1972, and 4 years later moved to Pennsylvania where Wendy was born in 1976.</p><p><br></p><p>After taking time off to raise her children, she sought to restart her career and went to Montgomery College for her accounting certification. After working a couple of jobs, she landed an opportunity at IEEE Computer Society in 1983 and worked there for over 20 years before retiring to pursue her passion, playing Mahjong full-time.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends at the Pumphrey Funeral Home, 7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and the service will begin at 11:00 a.m.</p><p><br></p>Obituary
