Keen, 78, of Decatur, IL passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023.</p><p>A service to honor Cathy’s life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Crest Haven Memorial Park, Olney, IL. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Blue Mound. She married James M. Keen on August 26, 1962. Cathy worked at the State Bank of Blue Mound and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.</p><p>Cathy is survived by her children: Gregory J. Keen (Tracy) of Chatham, IL, Tina M. Kelley (Jerry) of Melbourne, FL and Paul D. Keen (Angie Crawley) of Decatur, IL; brother: Bill Rude (Donna) of Olney, IL; grandchildren: Daniel Kelley (Kristin), Drew Kelley, Sarah Keen (Travis Harrah), Emily M. Keen, Mai Keen and Tayler Waud; great grandchildren: Kenzie, Dane and Zander; several nieces and nephews.</p><p>She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband and her brother: Vernon D.
