Alice T. Smith Alice Julia Tuttle Smith 81, died January 16, 2011, of Dementia and other problems. Born in Ogden, Utah on February 4, 1928 to P. Lee and Irene Daily Tuttle. Alice attended Hopkins Elementary, Central Jr. High and Graduated from Ogden High School in 1945. Alice married Morris E. Smith on May 7, 1954 in Coeur De Alene, Idaho, and later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Morris passed away in 1998. Alice worked for the Utah Naval Depot in Clearfield, Kayemeyers Sporting Goods and Office Products, and the Defense Depot Ogden retiring in 1978. She has been a lifelong member of the LDS Church holding many Genealogical and Relief Society Positions, a very devoted worker at the Ogden Family History Center for many years. Alice traveled around the Western US after the History of Her Family History and chased trains with husband and son to the fun of all. Alice is survived by her son, Stephen M. Smith and Favorite adopted grand-son T.J. Earley and family, a number of nieces and nephews.A graveside service will be held Saturday February 4, at 2:30 p.m. at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden. Alices friends and family are invited to a memorial meeting at the Lorin Farr 2nd Ward at 7th and Adams at 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. following the graveside.
