JoAnn Leslie Terrazas

JoAnn Leslie Terrazas (Krumperman) passed away peacefully on January 14, 2015. JoAnn was born on February 26, 1951 to Joe and Eina Terrazas in Olathe, Colorado. JoAnn grew up loving to travel and with a wonderful skill for numbers and business. JoAnn received her bachelors degree in business from UCLA and specialized in accounting. In 1983 she married her husband, Larry Krumperman and their marriage was going on 31 years. After many years of service she retired from IRS. In 1985 she had her one and only daughter and decided to open her own accounting business here in Ogden, UT. She ran this business for many years until her health slowed her down from doing so. Larry became her devoted caregiver until the end. JoAnn became a wonderful and enthusiastic grandma to two beautiful grandboys. She loved being a grandma more than anything else and formed a very special relationship with them. JoAnn was a wonderful mother that always taught strength, perseverance, and kindness towards others. She was always there to lend a helping hand and give advice. JoAnn was a born leader and pillar of strength to all who knew her. Mom, without you here the world is not as bright, but the heavens shine all the brighter. We love you. JoAnn is survived by her mother Eina Terrazas, her husband Larry Krumperman, daughter Lauren Krumperman, and two grandchildren Damian and Alexander Krumperman, sister Bobbie Jones, and a large and loving extended family. JoAnn was preceded in death by her father Joe Terrazas.
