<p>Colleen Rose Schoeppner, age 81 of Le Sueur died Sunday November 19, 2023, at French Meadow Place assisted living in Le Sueur, MN. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Le Sueur at 10:30 A.M. Fr. Chris Shofner will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9-10:30 A.M., and C.C.W. Rosary at 8:45 A.M. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Luncheon to follow at St. Anne’s School.&nbsp; </p><p>She was born on October 26, 1942, to Clarence &amp; Rose (Schultz) Doheny at home in Blakeley MN township. Colleen graduated from Henderson High school then attended Mankato Cosmetology training center, she had styled hair for a few years. She married Dave Schoeppner in 1963 and later divorced. She had many jobs including ADC in Le Sueur. After retirement she had volunteer jobs including hospice &amp; running the snack bar at the Le Sueur Nursing home. </p><p>She had many hobbies like camping, gardening, decorating for the holidays, (if there was something to decorate, she would find a crazy way to do it) shopping, spending time with family &amp; friends. She was full of life &amp; determination, she loved to go! </p><p>Colleen is survived by 2 daughters Lori (Jeff) Grapentine of Le Sueur &amp; Cyndie (Dave) Rositzke of Mankato. Her special friend of 30 plus years Don Olson (My Don) of Le Sueur, his daughters Donna (Dan) Doran of Hurst TX, Deanna (Geno) Olson-Eddy of Grand Rapids &amp; Debbie (Bobby) Martinez of Le Sueur, as well as special-extended family members, Dave Schoeppner, Cleo (Truman) Smith, Peter (Ruth) Schoeppner, Dorreen DePaulo, Eloise (Gary) Schoeppner, and Renaye (Ted) Schoeppner. </p><p>Grandchildren - Taylor (Courtney) Grapentine, Katlin (Christopher) Schlie. Hank ( fur-baby) Rositzke, Josh (Jennie) Doran, &nbsp;Jeremy Doran, Jennifer Doran, Becca Eddy, Katherine Eddy, Breanna (Hector) Martinez, Kylee (Randy) Martinez, &amp; Nate Martinez. Great-Grandchildren, Jordyn (Kirsten Holtz), Aspen, Nash and Falyn, McKinley, Dominic, Olivia, Isabella, T.J., Joley, Emma, Aiden and&nbsp;Eva &amp; Wesson Schlie.&nbsp; </p><p>Brother Clarence (Lynn) Doheny &amp; sister MaryAnn (Roger) Donavon, along with many nieces &amp; nephews. </p><p>Colleen was proceeded in death by her father Clarence, mother Rose, brothers Wayan &amp; Donald, special-extended family members, Joann Poach, Gary Schoeppner and Ted Schoeppner. &nbsp; </p><p>The family would like to thank all the aids, nurses, kitchen staff &amp; activity director at French Meadow Place as well as those at Mayo Clinic Hospice for all kind &amp; compassionate care. She loved all of you with all her heart. </p>
