<p>Marianna H. Cooper, 89, of Rockford, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Born February 9, 1934, in Cloquet, MN, the daughter of John M. and Florence (Johnson) Harris. Marianna married Howard V. Cooper, Jr. on February 2, 1957 in Maryland. He predeceased her on August 21, 2011. She was a member of First Free Church and enjoyed sewing crocheting, scrap booking and her book club.</p><p><br></p><p>Survived by her children, Karen McDaniel, Lisa Gustafson, Steve (Renee) Cooper and David Cooper; grandchildren, Katelyn (Kyle), Chloe (Derek), Erik (D’Anna), Caleb (Samantha), Hannah (Dominic), Bethany (Spencer), Phoebe, Hadassah (Sebastian), Savannah, Sadie, Alex and Kaleigh; great-grandchildren, Riley, Hudson, Norah and Layla; siblings, Jack Harris, Gloria Terlouw and Norwood (Muriel) Nelson; and many nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by her parents; grandsons, Jacob and Joseph; and siblings, Tommy, Betty Jo, and Jimmy.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at First Free Church, 2223 N. Mulford Rd., Rockford. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at First Free Church. Private burial in Arlington Memorial Park.
