Gary G. Hughes Beloved husband of Kimberly. Loving father of Justin and Kaylee. Devoted son of Joan and the late Edward Hughes. Brother of Rick and Jeff. Uncle and friend of many. Gary had a distinguished career as a Major with the U.S. Army and was an Officer with the Chicago Police Department. Gary will be lying in state on Monday, March 5, 2018 from 9:00 am until time of service 10:30 am at Christ Church, 501 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Il. Interment with full military honors will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, Il.
