Dorothy Ellen Hill of Mt. Clemens, MI passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the age of 64. She was born October 22, 1953 in Dearborn, MI to the late Edward James and Rose Marie Hill. Dorothy enjoyed various types of sewing, watching the Detroit Tigers, playing bingo and going to the casino. Dorothy will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Dorothy is survived by her son, Eric Hill; siblings, Thomas (Susan) Hill, Rita (Mike) Gainer, William (Mary) Hill, Edward (Cindy) Hill, Daniel Hill, James Hill, Jack (Karen) Hill and Robert (Lisa) Hill; sister-in-law, Patricia Hill. Dorothy is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Hill and partner, David K. Needham Jr. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tiffany, Young and Hauss Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Hadley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Martha T. Berry care facility activity fund.
