Kelley Sue Richards, age 55, of Council Bluffs, passed away February 20, 2018. Preceded in death by parents; grandson, KJ Lear. Kelley is survived by her husband, Mark Lear, Sr.; children, Domingo “Ace” Vasquez, Jason Vasquez, Lauren Vasquez, Stephanie Lear, Mark (Heather) Lear, Jr., Sarah (Rodney) Lear; 23 grandchildren; sisters, Cathy Potter, Shirley Potter, Pam Richards, Cindi Richards; brothers, Brian Potter, Chris Richards; nieces and nephews.
