Amber Nicole Blizzard, 24, of Parkersburg, died February 8, 2018. She was born February 21, 1993 in Princeton, WV a daughter of Lisa Blizzard and the late Evan Lee Fowler. She was received her associates degree from WVU-P with a 3.8 G.P. A, was published by the American Bar Association and received the National Crittenton Foundation Bold Award for being an inspirational and powerful woman. She was currently working on and directing a film about powerful women. She was a member of Downtown Bethel Church and was a sponsor for several young women in recovery. In addition to her mother, she is survived by longtime partner Rich Walters; one daughter, Ava Walters; one son, Daryn Sanders; two step-children, Luca and Lilly Walters; one brother, Kyle Fowler; one sister, Tara Fowler; special ladies in her life, Momma T, Crystal, Bobbie, Gina and Allie. Services will be Saturday 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Janet Richards officiating. Visitation will be Friday 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
