John Hailey Evans

John Hailey Evans, 58, of Bowling Green entered into rest Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY surrounded by his loving family. John was born March 24, 1959 in Bowling Green. He was preceded in death by his wife Tammy Annette Evans, father James David Evans and daughter Brittany Renee Booth., brothers Mark and David Evans. John was owner and electrical contractor of Bluegrass Electrical, Inc. in Bowling Green. He was a 1977 Graduate from Bowling Green High School. He loved U.K. Basketball and W.K.U. Basketball and Football. Loved outdoor activities and RZR trail riding. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his grandson Tucker. Despite the many struggles that life threw at him he always had a smile on his face and provided well for his family. Survivors include his sons Jacob Davis Evans and Matthew Thomas Evans and daughter Hailey Ryan Wilson (Seth) all of Bowling Green. Mother Sue Litton Evans of Bowling Green, sisters Susie Shelley (Mel) of Elizabethtown and Beth Siddens (Jeff) of Bowling Green, three grandchildren Tucker Wilson, Jaylyn Massey and Brooklynn Booth and Special Furry Companion Louie, several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be Friday, January 9, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Hillvue Heights Church (old chapel). Visitation will be Thursday, 3:00 PM until 9:00 pm at the church (old chapel). Visitation is also Friday 10 am until time of services at the church. Burial will be in Bowling Green Gardens. Expressions of Sympathy may be shown by registering as an organ donor, with information at the funeral home. J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
