PETERS, JEAN M., 85, Nicktown, passed away February 3, 2018, at home. Born August 25, 1932, in Clearfield Twp., the daughter of Leo and Alice (Goodrum) Plunkett. Preceded in death by parents; loving husband, Irvin R. Peters, who died April 13, 2009; great-granddaughter, Mia Hampton; brothers, James, Robert and Charles Plunkett; sisters, Rita Diehl, Betty Yoder and Evelyn Diehl. Survived by children, Lynn (David) Noll, Ebensburg; Kim (Terry) Bender, Patton; Richard (Tina) Peters, State College; and Randal Peters, Ebensburg. 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Also survived by siblings, Jack, Paul and Don Plunkett, all of Ohio; Peggy Bender, Loretto; Patty Harpster, Altoona; and Janet Stewart, York. Faithful member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, where she was a member of Legion of Mary and Altar & Rosary Society. Friends will be received from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.
