<p>Our beloved, Shirley Lightfoot Eason, age 92 of Hertford, NC, departed from this life on Friday, September 15, 2023. </p><p>Life Celebration Services will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Bay Branch A.M.E. Zion Church, Belvidere, NC, with Rev. Dr. Joseph Walton, Officiating. Interment will follow in the Perry-Lightfoot Cemetery, Hertford, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The family will receive guests at the home of the deceased, 1008 New Hope Road, Hertford, NC. </p>January 30, 1931 - September 15, 202301/30/193109/15/2023
