<p>Joseph Buzz Barton, 60, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Sunday, September 10, 2023, at UPMC West Shore, Mechanicsburg, PA. </p><p>Born January 3, 1963, in Monessen, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Betty June (Balogh) Barton.&nbsp; Joseph was the loving husband of JoAnne M. (Emmert) Barton with whom he shared thirty years of marriage. </p><p>Joseph was a graduate of Monessen High School, Monessen, PA, and studied electrical engineering in college.&nbsp; He worked for the Leidos Engineering Company for twenty-four years as a cyber-security engineer. </p><p>Joseph was a trained classical pianist, and enjoyed model building, archery and shooting, going to the gym, and spending time with his friends and family. </p><p>In addition to his loving wife, JoAnne, Joseph is survived by a brother Jan W. Barton of Vandergrift, PA. </p><p>Following cremation, services will be private and at the convenience of the family. </p><p>Memorial contributions may be made in Joseph’s name to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. </p><p>The Kenworthy Funeral Home &amp; Crematory Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.&nbsp; Memories and condolences may be shared at www.kenworthyfh.com. </p>

Joseph Buzz Barton, 60, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Sunday, September 10, 2023, at UPMC West Shore, Mechanicsburg, PA.

Born January 3, 1963, in Monessen, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Betty June (Balogh) Barton.  Joseph was the loving husband of JoAnne M. (Emmert) Barton with whom he shared thirty years of marriage.
