Patricia Jean Barnes, 81, of Warren, Ohio passed on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 in Mercy Health St. Joseph Hospital in Warren. She was born on October 17, 1939 in Cadiz, Ohio, the daughter of William and Stella Kanoski Gavorick. Patricia was the fifth of eight children. Patricia was a caring, lovingly mother for her children while being employed as a cook in restaurants for most of her life. Then, while in her mid-50's, she opened a restaurant in her hometown of Cadiz, Ohio, running it successfully for several years, then selling it to partially retire and return to the Warren area. Loving memories of Patricia will be carried on by her children, Thomas "Tim" (Tammi) VanNest of Columbus, Terra (David) Barnes-Dominguez of California, Lisa (John) Mobius of Kentucky and Stacy (Scott) Stearns of Howland; her grandchildren, Nathan, Niki, Savannah, Gabe, Jerica, Justin, Gracie, Quintin, Eain and Zoie and her only remaining sister, Elaine Martin who resides in Florida.
