Moving to Oklahoma City shortly after her birth, the family lived in several locations in Western and Southwestern Oklahoma with her dad"s job. In 1993, the family moved to Clinton, where Marissa began school, and they lived in Altus, Weatherford, Hobart and Roosevelt before moving to Yukon where she attend and graduated from Mustang High School in May of 2010. As a teenager, Marissa loved hanging out with her friends and spending time with her family. A Certified Medication Aide, Marissa was fond of helping others and loved her job working with the elderly residents at Tuttle Care Center. <br /><br />Preceded in death by her grandmother, Sharon Hughes, in 2004, she is survived by her parents, Danny and Melissa Cooley of Yukon; four sisters, Kendra Cooley of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Stormy McCarn of McAlester, Oklahoma, Trish Hughes of Oklahoma City and Danielle Cooley of Yukon; one brother, Danny Cooley of Yukon; her grandfather, Jimmie Hughes of Granite and her grandmother, Audrey Cook of Oklahoma City along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many close friends. <br /><br />Funeral services for Marissa Cooley will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at the Granite First Baptist Church with Brother Arol Steverson officiating.
