Jayden Dyshon McKinnon, age 22, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born on January 8, 2001, in Long Branch, New Jersey, to his devoted parents, Jed Isme and Sahr McKinnon.

He completed his education at Neptune High School in Monmouth County, graduating with the Class of 2019. Following his high school years, he resided in Neptune until his relocation to Atlanta, Georgia, in March of 2022. Embracing his new life in Atlanta, he embarked on a fulfilling journey in the field of music as an aspiring engineer. In addition, Jayden inherited a penchant for crafting from his grandmother, Rosalyn, sharing in her creative passions.

Jayden's affinity for animals guided him to pursue a career as a dedicated professional dog walker and sitter, demonstrating his compassionate nature.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Micheal Hawkins, his great-grandmother, Mary Hawkins, his great-grandmother, Charlotte McKinnon, and his great-grandfather, Leaty McKinnon.

Jayden is survived by his loving mother, Sahr McKinnon, of Atlanta, GA, his father, Jed Isme, of Trenton, NJ, his brothers, Myshon D McKinnon of Atlanta, GA, and Xavier Isme of Trenton, NJ. He also leaves behind his grandmother, Rosalyn McKinnon, of North Carolina, his grandparents, Harold and Jeannette Altino, of Trenton, NJ, his godparents, Alexander and Theresa Swanson, of Kansas and godsister Jiterrah O'Neal and Ebony Reed of Asbury Park, NJ. Among his cherished family are aunts Tanisha Altino of Trenton, NJ, and Jessie Isme of Trenton, NJ. Jayden's bond with his best friends, who were like brothers to him, namely Lil AB, JayJay, and JB, remained unbreakable. He also leaves behind a vast circle of extended family members and friends who will forever celebrate his life.
