Stacy Cathaleen Abel, 50, of Prescott, Arizona passed away peacefully with family by her side on August 21, 2023 after a year-long battle with cancer. She was born in Phoenix, and went to Emerson Elementary, Carson Junior High, and Westwood High School in Mesa, graduating from Ironwood High School in Peoria where she was a cheerleader. She married Danny Firth and had four beautiful children with him. She loved being a homemaker and later became an accomplished Aesthetician with clients who loved her. She loved all animals, but was a cat person at heart. At one time she raised show cats and was a breeder. She was very artistic and sold dolls that she made and painted. Stacy was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. She had a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh. She is survived by her mother, Patty Graham-Brown (Jake), her father, James Wright (Sue), step-father Dan Tharp (Connie}, daughters Jessica Mathews and Alexis Craft (Jeremy), sons Josh and Caleb Firth, grandchildren Jacek Stanaski, Tiffany Mathews and Danny Wenzl, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 9, at 11:00AM at Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home, 8480 E Valley Rd, Prescott Valley, AZ.
