Amber Rae Leitl of Chicopee, MA passed away peacefully on Monday, August 14, 2023, at the age of 37. Amber was born in Holyoke, MA on April 27, 1986.  She was the loving daughter of  Daniel and Joyce (Premont) Leitl of Belchertown, MA, and a treasured daughter of the late Denise (Narey) Leitl of Chicopee.  She was the cherished granddaughter of Raymond and Annette (Roy) Narey of South Hadley, MA and Nathan and Mariette (Lapointe) Leitl of Granby, MA.  Amber leaves behind her fiancé James Minor, her daughters Krystina Wright of Holyoke, MA and Kailey Minor of Chicopee, MA.  She will be sorely missed by her siblings Shantel Leitl and partner, Ricky Lemois, brother Justyn Leitl-Tetreault, sister Brickelle Leitl, brother Aidan Leitl, sister Madigan Leitl, and brother Nathan Leitl, along with countless aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. Her heart was full, living life alongside her soul mate Jim.  She was the proudest of her daughters, Krystina and Kailey, who were the light of her life and brought her joy and love in every cherished moment spent together.  When she walked into any room, it was her big beautiful blue eyes and warm smile that never went unnoticed.  Amber was an avid reader and lover of all books. Her heart melted for animals, especially her cats, Hebert, Goot, Kitty, Barley and puppy dog Nacho. She had a large successful following on social media for her well known creative and artistic Make Up techniques.  All that knew her and loved her will dearly miss her. Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 18th from 4PM – 7PM at Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, MA.  Mass will be at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 30 Main Street, South Hadley, MA on Saturday, August 19th, at 10AM.  Burial will follow in St. Jerome Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Amber Rae to the Shriners Hospital, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
