Brittany M. Kologi, 18, Long Branch, was tragically killed on Sunday, December 31, 2017 while celebrating New Year’s Eve with her family. Brittany’s parents Linda and Steve Kologi, and longtime family friend Mary Ann Schulz also passed away. Born in Long Branch, Brittany graduated Long Branch High School in 2017 and was a freshman at Stockton University, Galloway. Brittany was artistic and enjoyed painting and drawing. She loved her family dog and her cat, Jill. Family and friends were important to Brittany, especially her grandfather Adrian. She will be greatly missed by many friends that enjoyed her unique personality. Surviving Brittany is her grandfather Adrian Kologi, her grandmother Carole Kologi-Zawacki; and her brothers Jonathon Ruiz, Steven Kologi and Scott Kologi. Visitation Sunday, January 7th 1:00 – 5:00 pm at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. Mass of Christian Burial Monday January 8th 11:00 am at St. Michael’s RC Church, 800 Ocean Avenue, Long Branch. Burial will be private.
