William Robert "Bill" Scibilia Of Fairfax, Virginia on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Sunrise of Fair Oaks Assisted Living. Loving Father of Cynthia Lynn Padgett, Linda Scibilia, and Lisa Marie Eichinger. He is also survived by his bother, Edward Scibilia; and four grandchildren, Meagan Major, Zoe Padgett, Jillian Eichinger and Kiley Eichinger. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
