Daisy Scott

Daisy Scott, age 68, of Ledbetter, KY passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at Lourdes Hospital. Daisy was an excellent cook who loved her family and her dog Coco “Beanie” very much. She had a very social personality and was a big jokester. She was of the Baptist faith. Daisy is survived by her son, Trevor Scott and wife Karla of Ledbetter and her daughter Tracy Scott of Ledbetter; her sister, Kay Edwards and husband Sterling of Paducah; six grandchildren, Courtney (Brandon) Snyder, Zachary (Nicole) McGee, Mallory (David) Dukes, Zachary McDowell, Kaylee (Lee) O’Brien, and Paige (Mason) Walker; and eight great-grandchildren, Maggie, Scooter, Bo, Hunter, Branson, Hadlee, Blake and Camden; and her dog, Coco “Beanie.” She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Aurela Lovett Burgess and one grandchild, April Dawn Scott. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah with Rev. Shawn Vandergriff officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until the 2:00 service time on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
