<p>LIVERMORE - Elaine Teresa Frost, 76, of Livermore, Maine passed peacefully late Sunday night, June 4th at CMMC in Lewiston, Maine. </p><p><br></p><p>She was born in Lewiston, Maine on August 27,1946. Her father, Ben Stimans and her mother, Hilda (Sheppard) Stimans were of proud French-Canadian descent. Elaine attended Livermore Falls High School and married Donald W. Frost Sr. in September of 1965. They had two sons, Donald Frost Jr. and Scott Frost. She and her husband moved to Dallas, Texas in 1971 and moved back to Maine in 1981. She worked at Livermore Shoe for 20 years and later as a cake decorator at Hannaford in Jay, Maine for over 20 years where she retired. </p><p><br></p><p>Elaine loved to sing and did so for many years with her friends at the VFW in Jay, Maine. She loved spending time with her many friends all over Jay, Livermore Falls and Livermore. Her absolute passion was her family, especially when it came to being “Nanny” to her grandkids. She never missed sending cards for birthdays and Christmas. Her favorite place to go in the summer since she was a kid was at the Pines on Round Pond in Livermore, Maine. She loved feeding, watching, and identifying birds, trips to the coast of Maine, and like a true Main-er her favorite foods included lobster rolls, scallops, and fiddleheads. </p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her husband, Donald W. Frost Sr. of Livermore, Maine, her oldest son, Donald W. Frost Jr. and wife Sarah of Mocksville, North Carolina and her youngest son, Scott Frost and wife, Sharity of Auburn Maine; four grandkids, Sierra-Lynn Frost and Dallas Frost of Auburn, Maine and Nicole Frost and Alexis Haynes of Mocksville, North Carolina. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Benny Stimans and Richard “Dickie” Stimans, and her two sisters, Connie Sheppard and Kathy Stimans.</p><p><br></p><p>Elaine’s Memorial service will be held on Friday, June 16th at 5 pm at the Wiles Remembrance Center, 308 Franklin Road, Jay where relatives and friends are invited to visitation one hour prior to the service. Honored to be serving the family of Elaine Frost is Wiles Remembrance Centers, where messages of sympathy are welcome in her Book of Memories at www.wilesrc.com.</p>
