Petra Tristan Garcia

Petra Tristan Garcia, age 94, of Earth, Texas, died Wednesday, May 31, 2023 in Earth. She was born April 29, 1929 in Villa de Guadalupe, San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Ricardo and Valentina (Coronado) Tristen. She married

Daniel Garcia on February 14, 1948.

Petra was a member of St Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Earth. She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel, two sons, Edward Garcia and Lonnie Garcia; a daughter, Beatrice Salinas; and a daughter-in-law, Patsy Garcia.

Petra is survived by two sons, Daniel Garcia and his wife, Janie of Earth, Texas and Felix Garcia of Earth, Texas; a son-in-law, Richard Salinas of Amarillo, Texas; four daughters, Celsa Chacon and her husband, Antonio of Earth, Texas, Valentina Garcia of Earth, Texas, Mary Alvarez of Earth, Texas and Santos Jimenez of Earth, Texas; her daughter-in-law, Judy Garcia of Dimmitt, Texas; twenty-seven grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren; and nineteen great-great-grandchildren.
