Averill 66, of International Falls died Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at the Rainy Lake Medical Center.</p><p><br></p><p>Sharon Adelle Averill was born on April 24, 1957, in International Falls, the daughter of Alfie and Alyce (Linsten) Belanger.</p><p><br></p><p>Sharon was united in marriage to Chuck Averill.</p><p><br></p><p>Sharon enjoyed spending time with her husband, daughters, grandchildren, and extended family. She loved Rainy Lake and spent her summers there with family and friends. She enjoyed the outdoors and was always ready for an adventure. Sharon loved to socialize, and you could find her throughout town with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Her laugh was very infectious, and she could brighten any room.</p><p><br></p><p>Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Sue (Ray) Dougherty, and Shirley and Phil Arnold; brothers, LeRoy Belanger and Ronald Belanger, and grandson, Damyan Napper.</p><p><br></p><p>Sharon is survived by her husband, Chuck; children, Shawn Belanger, Misty (Michael) Raymond, Cody Averill and Chaz (Jenna) Steele; grandchildren, Malachi Lampi, Haleigh Raymond, Ivy, Jagger, Lita Lockman, Jayden and Savannah Lane; great-grandchildren, Captain Lampi and Ryder and Lyric Lockman, brothers, Lynn (Carol) Belanger, Carl Belanger; sister-in-law, Joan Belanger; and many nieces nephews and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 11:00 am at Zion Lutheran Church in International Falls. A visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service.</p><p><br></p><p>A luncheon will be held following the service at the Elks Lodge #1599.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>Obituary
