It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roy Winston Manuel announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on May 31, 2023 at the age of 81. Roy Winston Manuel was a member of the United Church of Canada. Roy was retired from Service Canada (Man Power).

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Noreen (Toots) Elizabeth Manuel (nee Simms); sons Troy Manuel and Trent Manuel (Jennifer), of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, and daughter Tracey Bailey (Roger) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Also leaving to mourn his grandson Quinn Manuel, granddaughter Allie Manuel, brothers Sidney Manuel (Verna), Harold Manuel (Margaret), and brother-in-law Eric Simms (Fannie).

Visitation will take place at Central Funeral Homes on Saturday, June 3 from 7-9p.m.

Reverend Kim Waite will conduct the funeral service from the Central Funeral Homes Chapel in Grand Falls-Windsor on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

Interment will be held in Lewisporte at a later date.
