<p>Mae Larsen, 92, of New Bedford passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. </p><p>Born in Acushnet, daughter of the late Alfred and Alice Pinard, she lived in New Bedford all her life. </p><p>Mae worked as a waitress at Lincoln Park, Woolworths, and the Green Dinner. She dedicated years of her life to helping families by caring for their children. Mae was resilient, spunky, and fiercely independent. She loved spending time with her family and caring for her home. </p><p>Survivors include her three children, Maureen P. Dane of Warwick, RI, Joseph E. Pinard and his companion Judy Stanley of New Bedford, and Tracy L. Oliveira and her husband Robert of Dartmouth: 7 grandchildren, Dennis Pinard, Paula Stokes, Joseph Pinard Jr. Kalah Pinard, Zachary Oliveira, Jacob Oliveira, and Cory Oliveira; and 5 great grandchildren: Brody, Ella, Lukas, Johnny, and Trey. </p><p>In respect of her wishes, funeral services will be private under the direction of the Donahue New Day Cremation and Funeral care, 465 County St., New Bedford.&nbsp; For memorial register please visit, newdayfunerals.com. </p>
