Rockport – Debra Kay Waller passed away peacefully on May 31, 2023. She was 69. Debra was born in Refugio, Texas on May 1, 1954 to Geraldine (Beasley) and RC Balderree. Debra was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband: James D. Waller; son: Matthew Waller; grandson: James Waller; father: RC Balderree; brother: Curtis Balderree; sister: Laquita Lawrence.

Survivors include her son: Darrell Waller from Rockport, Texas; mother: Jerry Balderree from Rockport, Texas; 2 grandsons: Jacob Evans and Joshua Waller.
