Douglas Arthur "Doug" Sprecher
<p>Williamsport, MD – Douglas Arthur “Doug” Sprecher, 75, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023, at his home. </p><p>He was born on April 12, 1948, in Hagerstown, MD to the late Joseph Arthur and Catherine Elizabeth (Keefer) Sprecher. </p><p>Doug was a 1967 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. He attended trade school to become an Electrician. </p><p>He was employed by Maryland Ribbon (Berwick Offray) of Hagerstown, MD as an Electrician until his retirement. </p><p>Doug was a life member of IORM Tribe #84 Redmen and Rider’s Club of Redmen Williamsport, MD; member Western Maryland Sportsmen Rod & Gun Club; Potomac Fish & Game Club. </p><p>He loved riding his Harley and working around his home. </p><p>He is survived by his daughter Karen Kicklighter and her husband Donald; son Michael Sprecher; brothers Robert Sprecher, Jerry Sprecher, and Randall Sprecher; sister Erma (Jane) Pennwell; grandchildren Cadence and Dustin Kicklighter and Kyle Sprecher; 5 great grandchildren and 1 on the way; numerous nieces and nephews. </p><p>The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Friday, June 2, 2023, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Friday for the convenience of family and friends. </p><p>Burial will be private. </p>Obituary
