Duncan Llewellyn Jerrett passed peacefully away after a lengthy illness on May 29, 2023 at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Center, Botwood. He was 84 years of age. 

He was predeceased by his parents Llewellyn and Irene (Baldwin) Jerrett; brothers Donald and Larry; sisters Carol and Janice.

He leaves to mourn, the love of his life, Florence (Locke), or as Duncan would call her “Flossy”; son Stephen; daughter-in-law Wendy; grandsons Riley and Ethan, whom he dearly loved and adored; brothers Ralph (Elenor), Kevin (Lynn), Ivan (Susan); sisters Gwen Neil, Sandra Jerrett, Susan (Clarence) Jordan; In laws Daphne Jerrett, Joe Lamorgese, Goldie and Calvin Evans, Neil Locke, Patricia Locke; a large number of nieces and nephews who call him “Uncle Dunc”.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Woolfrey for his exceptional care and the wonderful Staff of the Dr. Hugh Twomey Centre for their care during his stay.

In lieu of flowers, the family will kindly receive donations to establish a scholarship in Duncan’s name at Beautiful Botwood Collegiate.
