Winston Goddard Pittman of Tallahassee, Florida passed away about 1:30 am

Monday, May 29, 2023 at Big Bend Hospice House. Winston was born in Tallahassee

on October 27, 1941. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Adell Pittman, his

Father, Carlton Billy Pittman and a grandson, Carter Winston Pittman. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Ann “Granny” Pittman, brother Wayne Pittman (Maria), son Dennis “Snag” Pittman, daughter Tami Owen and son Travis Pittman (Patti), seven

grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Winston retired from the City of Tallahassee as a Flight Line Supervisor. After

retiring, he spent his time repairing boats and motors, when he wasn’t fishing himself.

As much as he loved deer hunting, turkey hunting was his favorite. In his last few years, when his health wouldn’t let him outdoors he loved to watch Gunsmoke and take a long nap afterwards.

The visitation will be held at The Berean Christian Fellowship on Blountstown

Highway on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 10:00 am. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am. Graveside services will be held at Aenon Cemetery.
