William "Chip" Cyril O'Driscoll III
<p>Green Sea, SC </p><p>William Cyril "Chip" O'Driscoll passed away peacefully on May 29, 2023 in Loris SC. He was born in Charleston SC on January 10, 1948 to William Cyril O'Driscoll Jr. & Cleo Cole O'Driscoll. He graduated from Murray Vo-Tech high school & studied art at Atlanta College of Art. Chip & his family lived in Atlanta many years. He lived on Folly Beach SC & Green Sea SC for the last few years. </p><p>He is survived by his grandson Daniel James O'Driscoll who lives in TN as well as his granddaughter & her husband, Sharon & Hunter Wise and his three great grandchildren Cooper, Conner & Carsleigh Wise of Gaffney SC. In addition to his sister Delia O. Armand in the New Orleans area & his half-sister Connie K. Wallace of Phoenix AZ, he is survived by many relatives in his wife's family. </p><p>Chip was predeceased by his younger brother Clovis, his wife Molly Malone O'Driscoll, his son & daughter-in-law William Cyril "Skip" & Michelle Wunder O'Driscoll IV. </p><p>Chip was known for his extensive knowledge of cars of all types and his artistic skills. "Back in the day", he painted advertisements free-hand on billboards 100 feet off the ground! Chip had a dry sense of humor and an amazing memory.
