William "Chip" Cyril O'Driscoll III

<p>Green Sea, SC </p><p>William Cyril "Chip" O'Driscoll passed away peacefully on May 29, 2023 in Loris SC.&nbsp; He was born in Charleston SC on January 10, 1948 to William Cyril O'Driscoll Jr. &amp; Cleo Cole O'Driscoll.&nbsp; He graduated from Murray Vo-Tech high school &amp; studied art at Atlanta College of Art.&nbsp; Chip &amp; his family lived in Atlanta many years. He lived on Folly Beach SC &amp; Green Sea SC for the last few years. </p><p>He is survived by his grandson Daniel James O'Driscoll who lives in TN as well as his granddaughter &amp; her husband, Sharon &amp; Hunter Wise and his three great grandchildren Cooper, Conner &amp; Carsleigh Wise of Gaffney SC. In addition to his sister Delia O. Armand in the New Orleans area &amp; his half-sister Connie K. Wallace of Phoenix AZ, he is survived by many relatives in his wife's family.&nbsp; </p><p>Chip was predeceased by his younger brother Clovis, his wife Molly Malone O'Driscoll, his son &amp; daughter-in-law William Cyril "Skip" &amp; Michelle Wunder O'Driscoll IV. </p><p>Chip was known for his extensive knowledge of cars of all types and his artistic skills. "Back in the day", he painted advertisements free-hand on billboards 100 feet off the ground!&nbsp; Chip had a dry sense of humor and an amazing memory.&nbsp; He will be deeply missed by his family &amp; friends.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp; </p><p>He will be interred in Holy Cross Cemetery in Charleston, next to his wife &amp; family members. </p><p>Memorial &amp; burial plans are not yet complete and will be announced later by Inman Ward Funeral Home &amp; Crematory. </p><p>&nbsp; </p><p>A service of Inman Ward Funeral Home and Crematory. </p><p>&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp; </p><p>A service of Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.&nbsp; </p>
