HAUGHTON, Frederick Charles 

January 18, 1958 – May 22, 2023 

Fred passed, unexpectedly but peacefully, at home after a lengthy illness.  He leaves behind his treasured and devoted wife Gail.  He was the beloved brother of Mary Haughton, uncle of Jennifer Welyhorski, and great uncle of Laya Mary Balogh. Fred was predeceased by his father, John Frederick Haughton, his mother, Myrtle Elsie Carruthers, and his stepdaughter, Michelle Mounce.

Fred was an avid Jays fan and always enjoyed the opportunity to see a game with his friends. He will be so sadly missed by his family, friends and his loyal dog Buddy. A celebration of Fred’s life will be arranged at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
