<p>Donna A. Ford, 79, of Suffield, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 28, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. Born April 25, 1944, in Berlin, VT, daughter of the late Raphael and Florence (Griffith) Donofrio. Donna had worked as a Technical Writer for over 20 years and went on to author four books. She ran a Christian Bookstore out of her home when she lived in Woodbury, VT. She also worked at the Gospel Hall Church in Hardwick, VT where she made sure the less fortunate had clothing. Donna loved to pan for gold in her free time and loved taking motorcycle rides with Bill. Donna was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she was very health conscious and enjoyed passing on the information to her family and friends. Donna is survived by her life partner, William Daley of Suffield; her four children, Charles Ford, Jr. and his wife, Helene of West Springfield, Matthew Ford and his wife, Lynn of Putnam, Daniel Ford and his wife, Lynn of Stafford Springs, Grace Thompson and her husband, Walter of Putnam; nine grandchildren, Matthew Ford (Heather), Katelyn Woodcock (Patrick), Courtney Stewart (Jordan), Karolyn Jordan (Ethan), Koralee Ford (David), Nicholas Ford (Sarah), Timothy Ford (Tori), Abigail Long (Christopher), and Samuel Thompson. She had thirteen great grandchildren, Bridget, Evelyn, Natalie, Isabella, Logan, Dakota, Paisley, Wyatt, Kinsley, Molly, Coralyne, Joy, Jackson; five siblings, Carol LaRoe (Gerry), Larry Donofrio (Sara), Thomas Donofrio (Aldina), Nancy Wanschura (Bill), Julie Massucco (Jim); her former husband and life time friend, Charles Ford. She was predeceased by a great grandson, Wyatt Charles Ford. She also leaves the Daley-Markowski family. Her family will receive friends on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 5 PM-7 PM at the Nicholson &amp; Carmon Funeral Home, 443 East St. N. (Rt. 159), Suffield. Family and friends may gather on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM at Nicholson &amp; Carmon Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Suffield.
