BRUCE, Maeve Mary (nee Dowling) -

Passed away at Trillium Health Centre on Friday, May 26, 2023. Maeve was born to Norah and Christopher Dowling in Dublin, Ireland on November 30, 1935. She was predeceased by her dearly beloved husband of 58 years, Paul Nigel Bruce, and her cherished grandson Peter Riggs. Dear mother of Joan Bruce, Linda Gough (Steve), Karen Riggs (William) and Pauline Gough (Bradley). Loving Nana of Cody, Michelle, Lauren, Daniel, Eric, Patrick and Kyle and great-grandmother of Nevaeh and Francis. Dear sister of the late Joan, Carmel (John), Patricia (Dennis), Margaret (Paddy) and Janet (Jerry). Friends will be received at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (North of Rexdale Boulevard), on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 9-10 a.m., followed by a Memorial Mass at St. Andrews Church, 2547 Kipling Avenue, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
