John V. Mangrella, 75, of Clifton, passed away Sunday December 17, 2017. Before retiring, John was a shop steward with the Laborers Local #342 of Newark.. Funeral 8:30 am Thursday from the Megaro Memorial Home 503 Union Ave Belleville (megaromemorialhome.com). Mass 10 am St Lucys Church Newark. Interment Glendale Cemetery Bloomfield. Visitation Wednesday 3-8pm. John is survived by his fianc and the love of his life for 18 years, Kathleen DePasquale, best friend Patrick Pici, sons John, Ralph, Anthony, and his daughter Gia. He was predeceased by his parents Ernest and Theresa (nee DelGuercio) Mangrella, brothers Ernest "Junior" and Thomas "Buddy".
