Shirley Ann Brown passed away one day after turning 85 on May 26, 2023. Born May 25, 1938 in Westerville, Ohio to the late Aaron and Mary Bishop. Shirley worked in several different positions at Arlington Court Nursing Center for over 20 years. She loved her romance novels and playing Bingo. She was a home body who never traveled much outside of Ohio. She did enjoy a few trips to the casino. Shirley is preceded in death by husband, Clarence Brown; her parents, and her sisters, Betty and Sharon. She is survived by daughter, Harriett (Thanh) Phoneyavong; sons, Harrison (Patty) Brown and Craig Brown; grandchildren, Laketta (Kino) Hendricks, Timothy (Priscilla) Brown, Tayvoda (Cathy) Brown, and Anita (Andre) Clemons; great grandchildren, Alexis, Nylah, Makaija, Teng, Valencia, Joey, Jacob, Madison, Ray, Shay, and KJ; brothers, Aaron, Jimmy, Gary, Bobby, and Roger; sisters, Mary Lee, Irene, Roberta, and Sandra; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 1st from 10 am until the time of funeral service at 12 noon at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery.
