<p>Harry Decker, 85, of Lewistown, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023 at his residence.</p><p>He was born on July 31, 1937 in Centralia, IL, to Ralph and Bessie Ann (Owen) Decker.</p><p>He married Nancy Decker on August 18, 1964 in Canton. She preceded him in death on February 7, 2023.</p><p>Surviving are his children, Joy Harris of Beardstown; Robin (Ernie) Warfield of Canton, Donna Howerter of Astoria; Ted (Sabrina) Decker of Avondale, Arizona; Steven Decker of Canton; Kevin (Billie) Decker of Bryant; Tina (Robin) Henderson of Lewistown; Roger (Jane) Edwards of Lewistown; 22 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.</p><p>He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Beverly Brazel, one son, John Decker, six brothers, Ralph, Fred, Charles, Martin, Jay and Marshall and one sister, Martha Morse.</p><p>Harry served in the U.S. Army and later retired as a diesel mechanic from Centre State International in Peoria.</p><p>A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton from 5-7 pm. Cremation rites will follow visitation.</p><p>A graveside burial of the ashes will be held at Apple Cemetery, on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 10 am with a celebration of his life will be held at the Lewistown VFW at 11 am.</p><p>Burial of his and Nancy’s ashes will be held at Apple Cemetery at a later date.</p><p>Memorials may be made to the family to aid with expenses.</p><p>To leave online condolences, please visit www.oakshinesfuneralhome.com</p><p><br></p>

He married Nancy Decker on August 18, 1964 in Canton. She preceded him in death on February 7, 2023.
