Charlene J Phillips, 97, of West Mifflin, PA. went to be with her loving husband on May 27, 2023.

Charlene is survived by her children Linda (Mike) Yatsko, Hope (The Late Tom) Gaebel, Leonard "Skip" (Cathy) Phillips; Daughter-in-Law Kathy; grandchildren Christopher and Matthew (Cheryl) Yatsko, Owen (Cheryl) and Kurt (Melanie) Gaebel, Shannon (Jim) Ciston, Forrest (Lonnie) Phillips; great-grandchildren Ian, Anderson and Claire Yatsko, Bella, Emmelia, Eliana and Alexander Gaebel, Oliver and Helen Ciston; her dog Leesy and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 29 years Leonard L. Phillips; her parents Milton and Mabel (Galentine) Baldwin; her son Chris Phillips; her sisters Etha Brown, Alene Halloran and Twila Fanning.

In her life, Charlene enjoyed to garden and loved sewing for all of her family, friends and neighbors. She loved her dog Leesy and all of the dogs she ever owned.
