<p>Stephen Lee Barbee was born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 4, 1955 to the union of Chester and Bette Barbee.<br> <br> Stephen graduated from St. Ignatius High School. His hobbies included photography and art, he was also an avid reader, especially related to books on History and African-American culture.<br> <br> Stephen worked 34 years with the Ohio Department of Transportation; plus 5 years with the Cuyahoga County Government.<br> <br> Following his retirement from the State of Ohio, Stephen enjoyed being a school bus driver for special needs children.<br> <br> He is preceded in death by his parents (Chester and Bette Barbee); grandparents (Walter and Leona Howard-Goins) and sister, Elaine Barbee.<br> <br> He is survived by his wife Carla and children Stephanie , Dominic, Joseph and Kenneth Barbee, and his brother, Michael Montgomery (Stephanie). </p>Obituary
