Dingman, Billy Jean of Wyandotte passed away on May 26, 2023 at the age of 73,  She leaves behind her husband, George Dingmen, her children Susan Saam, Steven Dingman,  Holly Velandia, 4 grandchildren, Jessica Saam, Juston Saam, Christopher and Kristen and one great grandchild, Alessandra.  Billy Jean also leaves her siblings, Mary Devoy (Robert), Patricia Burns (James), Irene Winegarden, Jacqueline Knight, and Michael Winegarden.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Winegarden.

Billy Jean was a Girl Scout Leader for 30 years.  She loved to cook and bake especially for her family.  Billy Jean was always willing to help others who were in need.

Billie Jean is loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her.
