Peter J. Vosters

<p>Peter J. Vosters, 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 24, 2023 after a long struggle with Parkinson’s disease. Pete was born on March 17, 1944 to Henry and Anna (Schuh) Vosters.&nbsp; On September 14, 1965 he was united in marriage to Patricia Driessen at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church.&nbsp; He lived on the farm all his life and while he retired, he never quit farming, driving tractors as long as he was able to.&nbsp; He worked at the Combined Locks Mill for 8 years.&nbsp; Pete could fix or build anything and always had an answer for any question.&nbsp; He enjoyed going to the cottage at Crooked Lake and riding the pontoon, with the grandkids.&nbsp; Pete never complained about anything, even the weather.<br> Pete is survived by his wife Pat, six children; Scott Vosters, Keith (Brenda) Vosters, Kevin (Rayne) Vosters, Shelley (Dan) Nytes, Troy (Jayne) Vosters, and Todd (April) Vosters, grandchildren; Samantha (Travis) Hibbard, Jessica Vosters, Faith (Tyler) Haupt, Katelyn Vosters, Ryan Vosters, Kristen Nytes, Aiden Nytes, Elliot Nytes, Abigail Vosters, Melanie Vosters, Trevor Vosters, Patrick Vosters, Asher Vosters, Peter Vosters, and Joseph Vosters, two step grandchildren; Candance Jaworski and Eric (Niki) Jaworski, 11 step great grandchildren, siblings; Mary Ann (special friend Bob) Gehrke, Mark (Mary Kay) Vosters, Ken (Lou Ann) Vosters, Rose Lamine, Vern (Judy) Vosters, and Jerry Vosters, a brother-in-law Roger (Margaret) Driessen, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.&nbsp; Pete was preceded in death by his parents, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Raymond and Doris Driessen, 3 grandsons; Seth, Cory, and Tyler, two brothers-in-law; Jim Gehrke and Dale Lamine, and a niece Anna Donnermeyer.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> The funeral mass for Pete will be held on Thursday June 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 411 Vandenbroek St. Little Chute.&nbsp; A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church and on Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.&nbsp; For online condolences please visit www.verkuilenfh.com.&nbsp; Memorials may be made to the Parkinson Foundation.&nbsp; The family would like to thank the staff at Theda Care Appleton ICU for everything they did for Pete and the family during this difficult time.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp; </p>
